Ahhh! I am so excited for you to try this cheesecake flavor!!

It took me a couple of tries to nail the flavor, almost gave up! So happy I didn't!

If you love coffee and love peppermint, you're going to love this cheesecake!

It has an oreo crust, a white chocolate peppermint layer, a chocolate mocha layer, topped with chocolate frosting and garnished with crushed candy canes. 

The way you can taste both flavors, it's not just a little hint of it. The flavors are pretty strong!

There will also be 2 LIVE classes, where I will show you step by step how to make this flavor. 

The first part of the class will be on Tuesday, Dec 5th at 7pm Pacific time. This class will cover making the crust, and the filling and go over the baking. 

The second part of the class will be on Wednesday, Dec 6th at 7pm Pacific time. This part will cover how to make the chocolate frosting and decorate the cheesecakes.
